1. About this service

Review Everything (the “Service”) is a platform where AI aggregates and summarizes user-submitted reviews and provides a reputation page for each subject. Individual posts are used as source material for the AI summary, and only posts judged safe by the AI have their original text displayed.

2. Responsibility of the poster

The poster bears legal responsibility for the content of a review. False statements of fact or defamation may expose the poster to civil and criminal liability.

3. Prohibited actions

The following are prohibited: posting false content; posting contact details such as phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, or social media accounts; posting sensitive personal information (medical history, criminal record, beliefs, sexual orientation, etc.); sexual posts targeting minors under 18; posts that constitute threats; creating multiple accounts; and automated collection such as scraping.

4. About AI-generated pages

Reputation pages are AI-generated summaries and their accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed. If there is a problem with the generated content, the operator may make a page private or regenerate it without notice.

5. Removal requests & moderation

All posts are published after an AI check. Posts that fall under the prohibited actions are not published, and are deleted if discovered after publication. When a removal request is received from the person concerned or a related party, the page is made private immediately and then reviewed.

6. Disclosure of sender information

We may disclose a poster’s information (such as IP address) based on a court order or other legal obligation.

7. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Japanese law, and any dispute concerning the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator’s location as the court of first instance.
