Removal request

You can request the removal of a reputation page about yourself (or your organization). We handle requests in accordance with the takedown procedure under Japan’s Act on Information Distribution Platforms.

How we handle it

1. Once a request is received, we immediately make the target page private (private before review).
2. We verify your identity (by email, and ID if needed).
3. Within 7 days of receipt, we decide on removal or restoration.
4. We notify you of the result by email.

How to request

Please email keizaimoai@gmail.com with the following information.

· URL of the target page
· Your relationship to the subject (the person themselves / an organization’s representative, etc.)
· Reason for the request
· Your contact email address
