1. Information we collect

When you register an account, we collect your username and email address. We also record your IP address and user agent when you post.

2. Retention of IP addresses, etc.

The IP address and user agent recorded at the time of posting are retained for the same period as the post record, in order to respond to sender-information disclosure requests under Japan’s Provider Liability Limitation Act and the Act on Information Distribution Platforms. Access logs are retained for one year.

3. AI processing of posted content

Posted reviews are sent to an external AI service (OpenAI, LLC, USA) for moderation (detection of inappropriate content) and generation of AI review pages. By posting, you are deemed to consent to this.

4. Responding to disclosure requests

If we receive a court disclosure order or another request based on law, we may disclose the sender information we hold.

5. Handling upon account deletion

Upon account deletion, your account information is anonymized. Reviews you have already posted remain as source material for AI pages. Post logs (IP address, etc.) are retained within the retention period stated above.

6. Provision to third parties

Except where required by law and for the AI processing in section 3 above, we do not provide personal information to third parties. Regarding the use of cookies for ad delivery (such as Google AdSense), please review each provider’s policy.
